It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

When seen from the respective national team pages, persons in the Dutch and French national teams do not have their images displayed for licensing reasons. You can solve this issue by applying the real names fix file...

For example, Didier Deschamps appears as the rest of the staff.
The problem concerns only Guus Hiddink.

Although I'm not new to football manager games, I am new to adding in-game graphics and skins.
Yesterday I downloaded the near 7GB cut-out faces megapack. Today when I used WinRAR to extract the file, I got diagnostic messages saying "The file directory is corrupted and unreachable" for approximately 20,000 of the images. However, I was still able to successfully extract 6GB of the 6.84GB file, but when I put it in the correct directory in my graphics folder and did the preferences settings in-game, the faces still weren't active.
I extracted the file again, but still got the same error messages and therefore the same missing images.
After searching the file, I've found that unlike my logos pack, there is no config file - which was probably one of the 20,000+ files that weren't successfully extracted.
My questions are - would the pack still work if I could simply download the config file on its own, and if so, is there actually a link for that?
Maybe somebody else using this pack could upload the config file?
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

I would definitely recommend that you retry to download the whole file again, ideally via torrent, to ensure that you have the whole thing and that you have a solid base to build on. After downloading the torrent, download the 3 update packs released since then to be fully up-to-date.
You can always use fmXML to generate a config file for the images you have.

I then searched his player ID with the ID search tool and it says that no images are available. Was his face really never included in the packs? I could've sworn I had it in my previous save.

It's definitely not been removed and is still there afaik. However the UID is dynamic since he was added after the game was released and I'm led to understand that it can differ from one save game to the other depending on what editor data files you have. He also has a new UID in 15.3.0 and this will be added in the megapack update 7.04, and the old UID will of course also be retained.
What is his UID in your game, out of curiosity?

Anyone help me out it would be much appreciated, all i want is players faces on my game, i also bought a premium membership so feel like ive wasted my money on that as i cant get the players faces to download correctly
