What critters do you have lurking around the house?

We have two cats, Spook who we've had about three years now and Bruce who's still a kitten. As well as a tank full of goldfish.

I really want a dog but our landlord won't allow it. Bit of a shame really as we live in the middle of the countryside, It would be ideal for a dog.

I had a couple of goldfish about 10 years back.
They died and I flushed them down a toilet.

Then I realised pets were a waste of time and never had one again.

2 labradors, one black and one yellow, both 9.

I remember at one point, I think I was about 11, we had about 8 goldfish. One lasted about 4 years whereas one died as soon as we got home with it.....

For me I'd put that down to you having no REAL pets, gold fish are practically ornaments.

I lost my dog in May after he got attacked and I still miss him, especially on sunny days and things, there's not much better that being somewhere awesome with a dog for company. It's a weird relationship to explain but anyone with a dog will probably understand

Have a German Shepherd, for a good 3 years now, maybe more, my little sister just got a rabbit, and my older one got a little staff for her apartment but he's with us at the moment. It's awesome seeing the bigger one and the little one play together.

Also had 2 parrots, and a turtle.

No pets at the moment, though the other half's been hinting about getting a dog. I grew up with cats and dog in the house and had hamsters, rats, guinea pigs etc when I was little as well, so it'd actually be quite nice to have an animal in the house again.
