Absolutely massive explosion in China. Amazing how something so deadly can be so beautiful. Have to constantly remind myself that hundreds, maybe thousands, of people died when I watch the videos.

This car was 3km away from the blast. Fucking hell.

Broke my ulna(forearm) the other week playing football went up for a header got nudged and landed on it, had to wait a week for an op. Can't do any serious sports or gym work for three months.

I've got fracture clinic tomorrow though shouldn't need a cast. Mines certainly not as serious as what yours seems to be, i'm hoping to be back playing in at least 6 weeks. Its just such an awkward part of the body to injure as its almost impossible to put your arm in a position that is comfortable.

Broke my ankle as a kid playing Sunday League 6 times, the 6th time ended up me having a metal platr inserted into my ankle, touch wood ive never broke it since. 9 years too.

Haha, is it you're good arm as well, as I did my right so had to learn how to text and do everything with my left.
I didn't even thing it was serious carried on for a day or two expecting the pain to go away and then realised there was no like brusining or swelling it had to be internal and serious, signed off work for weeks and weeks bored out my head.

Na luckily its my left, didn't go hospital until Sunday evening as wanted to watch the football on TV first. I knew i'd broken it as soon as it happened but carried on playing a little while before coming off. Hoping i'm fit for when we play against the team again as was only a friendly but they're in our division too, so the player that did it is certainly gonna be know about it, prick.

Only thing i've ever broken before was a rib, which again was playing football when someone elbowed me. Ribs are awful as just trying to breathe hurts, so you can imagine what coughing or sneezing feels like.
