Week off work hasn't gone according to plan, last day before the week break ended with a big panic attack and I've been a bit edgy since. Seeing friends on Saturday in Bristol which'll be good though, Bank Holiday Weekend too.

I've got three weeks off in October when my boss's girlfriend gives birth so I can make up for the lack of relaxing this week.

Yeah him, Tao and Hugh Carthy are all pretty good. Tao's a mate of mine, he'll be a pretty special rider when he turns Pro, got taken out on the hilltop finish though so lost a bunch of time.

Ahh that's pretty cool, Tao looks a very decent prospect as well, his 3rd place at Roubaix Juniors looks very promising. Yeah main peleton took an absolute age yesterday lol
