with this data file you can play an expanded Serbian League System down to 5th Level with 100+ new Teams, a slightly improved reputation and for the first season a lot more money to buy good players, so let the games begin
The League System:
I. Super Liga (20 teams)
II. PLS (20 teams)
III. Srpske Lige (4 x 20)
IV. Zonske Lige (10 x 20)
V. Okruzne Lige (10 x various, from 18 to 26)
I have created over 100 new Teams to fill up these Leagues, these teams have all at least two original kits (SS Style, 210+ new kits). I've also added original Citypics and Stadiumpics for all Teams in Serbia (there are about 500+ Pictures of Stadiums and Cities/ Villages)
All in all i've made 174000 database changes, so have fun and enjoy
...but first you have to download some files and put them in the right directories

Important Notes:
1. I didn't update my FM to v. 16.3 because in my thoughts this update is completely unnecessary (thank you SI (Irony)), so I don't know if it works for the latest Patch
2. I started this project in January, so this is tested extensively with update 16.2
