yeah, at the end of the day the players should do what they are damn well told to do in training. since when do the players tell the manager what to do with training, this is just silly. when guardiola becomes city manager could you imagine the centre backs at city trying to tell guardiola that they don't need to work on there passing

i am well aware that training is not rocket science thanks, i have been setting up training for years in fm and do not have any difficulty in doing so, if you refer back to the original post you will see that this thread is to do with players complaining about my individual training, it wasn't a comment on the difficulty of setting up training...

my advice is, ignore the player and continue how you see fit. the results will show!
but, keep clicking on their 'development/training' every so often and always request new preferred moves.
employ decent coaches as well.
