It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Chrome, the most updated version, Windows 10 with Anniversary Update, it just says in the Chrome "network error", yeah in the end, I get 100 % but it doesn't finish just stucks and shows an error

I'll leave it to Rob to answer as he's more technical than me, but can I ask if there is some sort of temporary file left over in the download location? Named as unconfirmed_download or something of the sort? If so, you maybe be able to rename it and add a .rar extension, and thus make the file "appear".

If I downloaded the Megapack torrent version, is in fact the version 9.0 so I don't need to download other things? Am I right?

Well, I'm downloading cut-out megapack. It's going fine until it says 8,3 GB / 8,3 GB (which is 100 %). Just before it's finished it stucks and then couple of seconds after that it shows that error. So I downloaded three times and every time the exact same thing happened.

Okay I understand a bit better now. Nobody else has reported this issue so i'm guessing it must somehow be related to you setup.
Have you tried downloading any of the other megapacks, such as the metallic logos, do they end okay?
Do you definitely have enough space on your system?
Try in Chrome Incognito Mode, if it works in that, then it will be one of your extensions which is causing the problem.

I tried Metallic Logos but it seems they are not working at all, couple of other users experienced the same issue (download doesn't even begin). I have over 400 GB of free space, so I'm gonna try incognito mode. Thanks

Well, Metallic Logos got downloaded great. No problems at all. I downloaded with Incognito Mode. Therefore my issue is gone because I used torrent for cut-out

I tried to download M. Logos on normal Chrome and it showed me (in browser after clicking on download) some kind of error message which I don't remember, unfortunately. In Incognito it worked perfect.
I'm using Adblock, Buffer, Checker plus for Gmail, Todoist.
If I encounter some more problems (for example when downloading updates), I'll let you know.

All the badges are working, most of the kits but the spanish ones i have downloaded still are not appearing either.

How many images in total do you have? You probably need to have the whole pack for the images to appear. For a quicker download, I recommend you download the megapack through torrent

Very strange. I've tested it repeatedly without issue. Please answer the following questions.
What operating system are you using? E.g. mac/windows
What browser are you using e.g: chrome/Firefox/opera
Does it always stop on the same file size, if so what is the exact size in bytes?
In your downloads you should see something like files1.sortitoutsi. net?key=12345 what does it say?
