[FM2017] OPZ ELITE 2017 Skin v.17.3

Nice skin. Congratulations!!
Just a note: I understand why it happens and is not a great "problem" for me (lots of skins share some panels and I think this is the best way in order to have better skins), however, if you start to recognize the work of other skin makers, maybe is better to do a general thanks (I use to do that because this kind of "problem". If you explicitly refer the names I think you have to try not forget the others. In fact you use several panels and elements I did for FlutSkin (for instance, beyond other, the Team Report and the Stadium Overview Panel are completely made by me for FlutSkin).
Sorry about this note (believe me, I learnt this from my own experience making stuff for FM - without any intention I didn't mention others and they feel "bad" with it - and of course I understood) and keep your good work.
