Hi, Rainbowz here with my custom database for Turkey, adding divisions down to the 5th tier, the Regional Amateur Leagues.
All promotion/relegation systems are correct as of the 2016-17 season, and all teams are added to the relevant cups.
It is recommended to tick "Add players to playable teams" if managing in the Regional Amateur Leagues, due to the lack of players in the database, and lack of real world information about the players. Unticking "Do not add key staff" is also recommended.
The database has been tested many times with no known issues. If you find any problems, let me know ASAP.
