Red 3rd kit on club info

Hi all. Far too many topics to go through and search only relates to getting new kit packs which I don't care about.

I am using FM15.

What I have done is created two new teams in germany with the pregame editor, both with home, away and third kits. The problem is that on the club info screen for both clubs, the text is showing the correct colours but there is an identical red kit with red and white stripe on the right side (as you look at it, not if wearing)

I don't have ANY downloaded kits at all for ANY leagues (2d or 3d) so I know that is not the issue.

How do I fix it, so it shows the correct kit as it was made in the pregame editor?

BTW, I have completely uninstalled the game. Including all files in documents (made backups of downloaded graphics and the editor data files) completely restarted computer and re-installed from steam. I then put editor data files back where they were but not the graphics and started game, clearing cache etc. so that the game starts as though it was first time installation but still has the problem with the third kit.

I know not too many people would play FM15 much anymore, but I have invested too much time in creating leagues for countries that don't have leagues in them and doing full league structures for England, Germany, Sweden, Russia, etc. I don't want to have to do all this again for a later version of the game e.g. FM17 or FM18 (when it comes out)
