Why would You say that nobody knows? Sure, there is nothing on the Olymp site if it's transfer or a loan, but official Granada site tells us clearly that this is a loan. If you don't trust google translate you can search for "cedido transfer" or sth like this and You will see that the stuff is about the loans, rather than transfer, e.g. Nasri to Sevilla:

Mehdi Carcela has been transferred to 
SLB. Mehdi Carcela now has a contract of £25k per week until 30th June 2018.
