I am getting fired for "failing a philosophy" that was never there. Anyone know why? Screenshots included

Hello,

I played 6 seasons with Manchester United. During these seasons i won 6 league titles, 4 Champions League titles, and one day of May 2023, before participating in another FA Cup final and another Champions league final, i am getting fired for "not promoting young players to first team" philosophy. A philosophy that was NEVER there. I will insert screenshots.
There are 3 screenshots.
1st: My philosophies on my last save 4 days before i get fired.
2nd: My competitions of the current season (2023) board
and 3rd: My firing with the reason included.

Please i need your feed back.

That is ridiculous, I suppose it could happen in real life (board politics, club culture), but I honestly don't know if this is FM trying to be clever or just a weird bug
