INTRODUCTION

Good day to everyone,

Here I am yet again, with another FM story attempt. I've tried to find a save theme that would interest me and keep me motivated and I've decided to go on a Journeyman save.

I'm not gonna ensure you that I will be sticking to this story until the end because I've realized I've grown impatient if I'm not succeeding, so I won't force myself to stick to one club forever so as to avoid that. I'll gladly admit that I'm just not good enough yet to stick to one club and ensure success in that club so let's say if a bigger club offers me a job in the same league, I might just accept it if all hope seems lost with the club I'm managing.

If do manage to stick to this save until the end, I have until October 25 to succeed in every continent as much as possible before I go off to my national service enlistment. Exciting times ahead.

OBJECTIVE OF THE SAVE

My goal is to travel continent by continent depending on their prestige/reputation (I asked the Sortitoutsi Discord community for their opinion on how the different Continents are ranked) and winning as much trophies as I can in the different continents until it's time for me to leave.

I'll be loading the different countries / continents as ranked and will be doing my journeyman save as so.

The continents will be ranked as so:

Asia, Oceania and Africa
South America
Europe

People seem to have excluded North America intentionally so just a general opinion, would you guys like me to include North America into this story? If so, which rank will you put them in.

SCENARIO

I am a 22 year old Singaporean male who has recently finished his National Service enlistment and hence, unemployed. I've always been an analytical person who always posts on Instagram, Twitter and other discussion places about my opinions about Football games and teams whenever there is a game being played. I've always been fond of Football.

While searching for jobs, I found a job that requires me to attend games and to study it in terms of the team stats and the player stats and give a report about the game to submit it to this agency that collects data. For a few months I've been doing so, watching from game to game, sometimes having the opportunity of traveling overseas like Malaysia, Thailand, Korea and China to do match reports there too. It's been giving me more knowledge of the game of football and I'm able to share it with people.

Now this agency that collects data, sells our information away to clubs who are interested in finding players in their own leagues or overseas, while some of them use it to scout their opponents. The agency contacted me and said that my data report is in high demands that they want me to do more assignments in other countries where I'm called to. Some clubs even want me on a permanent basis to be a scout for them, while some are apparently interesting in taking an unusual step of placing a data collector as a Manager for their team.

Where will this lead me?

THE WAIT BEGINS

I've told my agency that I'm willing to listen to any job offers given to me by any club as it might give me more exposure and also a pay raise. The current job I'm doing is still relatively good but it won't sustain me as an adult who might need to find a place to live in the near future.

The agency has kindly responded to my request well and have submitted my CV to any clubs interesting in my services.

JOB OFFERS

We have job offers from 10 different clubs from 5 different countries and will be choosing the worst ranking country out of all to start with.

Based on FIFA ranking of Asian Countries, here's how they fare:

China / Hong Kong
India
Indonesia
Malaysia

THE DECISION

And with that, we have decided that Malaysia will be our first destination of our Journey.

Our choices are limited to 2 teams, Terengganu II and Sarawak Football Association. And with the help of http://wheeldecide.com , it has given me... *DRUM ROLL*
