FM19 Opposition Analysis - Help!

So, I'm looking to set up my Data Analysis team to report on the next opposition as default.

However, when I go to 'Create New Assignment > Team > Ongoing Analyst Reports' I can only set it for the next 3 games (as per attached screen-grab 1), while I can set it indefinitely if I pick a member of staff from my scouting pool, via 'Create New Assignment > Team > Ongoing Reports on Next Opposition'. Is this correct or am I missing something??

The Data Analyst role seems very limited, which is a shame giving most big clubs have several data analysts. Also is there anyway to get my coaching staff, such as an Assistant Manager, to report on opposition too?
