You need to copy and overwrite the faces and the new config file from the update pack into the faces folder.

It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I’ve tried for a long time now to download the megapack using my MacBook Air from 2017. I’ve downloaded the file and extracted it to the correct folder using unArchiver, and the loading screen which shows how far the extracting has come shows 13,37 Gb of 13,37 Gb extracted. What’s weird is that the extraction isn’t complete, as the uploaded objects is going down from 285 000 as we speak, and that will take ages... All of my RAM/CPU is going to the download/extraction but its reallyyy slow.. Is this just my Mac being garbage?

It definitely shouldn't be taking that look but I don't use a Mac so can't really pinpoint possible issues. I suggest trying Winrar to extract the files instead of unarchiver; maybe that could help.

I use a Mac and can say unarchiver is the best one to use, as I don’t even think u can get winrar for Mac. @Simon Tangen in my experience it takes a while from when the extraction shows as finished to when it’s done. I don’t extract it to the graphics folder directly myself so maybe try extract it in the downloads folder and then move it over

It's not very clear what you mean - could you upload screenshot of the error message?
Also could you answer these questions please?
How big is the file you've downloaded? What program are you using to extract it? As it's a large file, do you have enough space where you're trying to extract it?

I'm trying to install all the essentials for fm2019 the kits logos and stadium backgrounds as well as the file fix names were downloaded and extracted to the correct place without a problem but the facepacks just won't extract and once I try extract after about 1minute I get an error message saying access denied create file(s) failed it creates a folder called sortitoutsi inside the graphics folder but it's completely empty I've tried deleting and starting over extracting to different folders and drives even tried the old turn it off and on again and when that doesn't work that's me stumped

File size is 12.45 gig im using winzip universal to extract it and it's a brand new laptop with 500gig storage wherever its going there should be room for it

It may be an issue with your internet connection. As it's such a large file, the chances of a brief interruption happening naturally increase. If you use Google Chrome, it should be possible to resume the download from the point where it was interrupted, rather than downloading it again from scratch.

It finally downloaded and extracted but no changes are appearing in game. This includes the logo pack that i downloaded aswell. Am I doing something wrong. I've ticked both boxes in the interface menu and reloaded cache.

You need to search by player UID, e.g. John Terry's UID is 108625 and shows these requests. Be careful that you haven't left a space before or after the UID as well.

If the request list is filtered (e.g. rejected missing images) and/or sorted by comments, then the search results will only be from within that group of images, rather than the entire range of requests. It works perfectly fine if the request list isn't filtered at all.
I'll delete him from the config file, so he won't appear in-game, but the way the file is built means that he will still appear on the site's database. Ideally we manage to find a source image for the right player so we can fix it, but I haven't been able to do so.

Every other face works except for the french national players that was in that game, no longer working in other games either. When France calls up a player his face vanishes, but all other national teams are just as fine. Only france is the team having this problem
(Rabiot, Griezmann, Lloris, all players in the national team)
Can anybody help me out on how to fix this? I already tried deleting cache and reloading skin, no player face is missing in the faces or iconface
UPDATE: Seems like the face vanishes if you're in the french national team interface, but the faces don't appear unless you put your player in the starting 11 in your team

This is a licensing issue; when viewed from the national team page, French and Dutch national team players do not appear unless you download and apply this file

Sorry to sound silly but how do I do that? Ive got the screenshot saved but not sure how to upload it on here, I've only just got a Macbook so just getting used to it haha. Every time I click the image icon it asks me for a URL, is there not an option to just upload the photo?
