Yeah that was the rumour yesterday. The talk today is that it's just a cash deal staggered over a number of years. Wouldn't mind getting KPB, though, he's certainly different to what we have now.

Milan want to keep KPB (for some reason, he's been awful this season) so it looks a straight €23m bid, albeit staggered over 6 years.

I suppose with Fellaini no longer being played in the water-carrier position, Fer could play in the same team as him, but I would err on the side of caution, especially if Everton don't finish in the European places.
