It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I just got premium and am attempting to download the pack, however my internet is absolutely dreadful and the download fails when attempting to download through a browser. I have attempted to download using a download manager, hoping I would get more success but am only getting a 74kb login file. Hiya there. I've moved your post to here. There's a guide in the first post of this thread for where you can get the torrent file from.
If you want to download the full 11.12 megapack instead of the 11.0 torrent file + the 11.01-11.12 update packs separately, try using Chrome, which allows you to resume downloads. If your internet is that bad, though, you'd have to manually resume it time and time again, which isn't that practical tbh. Still worth trying...

Yes, you just need to open the config.xml file and add a line of code like this. Replace FILENAME with the name of the image, and UID with the player/staff's UID in the game (you can enable "show UID to assist skinning" in the interface preferences if needed).

In addition to what @weeniehutjr said, I would suggest considering having them in a separate folder. Otherwise, you would have to reinsert the added lines into the config every time you download an update pack
Also, if your cuts are of people in the official database, then perhaps you could share them so that we can add them into the megapack for other people to enjoy

Have installed the latest FM19 Facepack, have extracted the faces into a newly created graphics folder, have unticked and ticked the right boxes, but still no faces whatsoever.
Where did I go wrong?

That does seem excessive. A tip to get the extraction to run faster is to extract from one drive to another, for example from C: to D: or vice versa.

Think I found the fault.
Had the programme installed in different places / partitions, therefore the faces were not where they needed to be.

I just got a weird bug but I ain't sure if it's on SI or not. So I just thought I'd post about it here to see if maybe I made a mistake.
Been using all the official packs and been updating them since forever. I never had any issues.
Now I have an example to describe my problem. Griezmann's face shows perfectly when I look him up from the search bar when I click anywhere on his name. Thing is if I look for France on the search bar, all faces are default black shadows on the country profile skin. I click on anyone from that page and it's the same default face showing up. Now if I go back to Barcelona for example, and I go back to Griezmann, his face will show. Then I go back to France and his face will actually show on the profile.
It's weird, I know. And it ain't a skin or cache issue as I just tried with the default skin, reset the cache, everything. Now I recently moved my game folder from D to C through the Steam thing. It verified the integrity of files too. Everything seems perfect on my side.
Anyone know anything about it? I know it's weird lol.

Are you sure about that? I'm actually using a French file and I just compared the folders with sortitoutsi's, the structure is all the same besides the lnc/all folder which obviously has custom files.

FYI, the cuts in this pack supersede those included by SI. The reasons for this are explained here. Having checked the SI cut with the one in our megapack, I have to say there's very little difference

So you could have a seperate folder and config file and that would still work? Unfortunately the pictures are of youngsters not yet in the game

Yes, in fact I have different folders for other facepacks so that I get to see faces for players not in our megapack. What's important is that there is no overlap in the config files. So if you have folder #1 with images a, b and c in it, and a config file for a, b and c, and a separate folder #2 with images d, e and f in it, and a config file for d, e and f, then you should see images a, b, c, d, e and f in the game

It may be an issue with your internet connection. As it's such a large file, the chances of a brief interruption happening naturally increase. If you use Google Chrome, it should be possible to resume the download from the point where it was interrupted, rather than downloading it again from scratch.

When you download a pack it can only overwrite or add new cuts. Its not possible for us to remove any files from your computer. So then either 1) his cut is missing, then you just have to manually download it with the right filename or 2) there's something wrong with the config file, in that case I can send you the correct one on PM

So I would ask you to send me a private message what to do exactly. Drop by drop is best because, as I say, I am completely unfamiliar with editing and editing the database, uploading individual files.
