Sources like these are quite easy to cut, and would be an ideal starting point for a budding cutter

Have you ever considered taking up cutting yourself? A lot of the, mostly Inter, sources you have posted in the near and not-so-recent past are usually good enough not to need expert "handling"

Yes, you do need PS. Up until some time back, you used to be able to download Photoshop CS2 (released 2011 I think) legally and for free from Adobe's own website. Though it is a much older version of Photoshop which lacks a lot of recent capability, it is more than sufficient for cutting. The link is now no longer active, but a page with that download is available here. Disclaimer: Though the site seems legit, I have no idea about whether the link is legal or not.

If you do decide to download it, have a look at the tutorial and guidelines on cutting thread for some tips. I personally recommend using remove.bg to do the heavy lifting Do let me know if you want to have a go, but want to ask any questions I guarantee it's not as hard as it looks, and sources like this will only take a couple of minutes between downloading and completing, once you get the hang of it, and the learning curve really isn't steep at all
