It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I've been trying in vain to get this pack working over the last couple of days but no joy... I'm fairly familiar with installing graphics into FM and don't normally have issues, so i'm reaching out in desperation!
I've downloaded this a few times as a Premium Member in both Chrome and Microsoft Edge and every time the file looks to take around 3 hours to download, then after 15 minutes or so, it says it has completed. When i extract the files, it comes up with two error messages:
"Unexpected end of data" (which suggests corruption)
"Data error: sortioutsi\faces\350145.png"
There are no config files (which i've tried to add) and in the faces folder there are 11,489 pics, which seems low. Following the usual preference route in FM, the pictures do not install, and given i've downloaded these 4 times and in Chrome which pauses the download if there are wifi issues, it suggests a corruption somewhere that finishes the download prematurely.
The total file size for the compressed folder is 3.81GB, which again feels low.
I'm not sure what to do next! I need to get hold of the full data but can't seem to - any ideas?

It seems like the download isn't completing. How large is the file size you're managing to get?
It may be an issue with your internet connection. As it's such a large file, the chances of a brief interruption happening naturally increase. If you use Google Chrome, it should be possible to resume the download from the point where it was interrupted, rather than downloading it again from scratch.

Cheers for the reply mons. The size has varied tbh, ranging from 856MB to 3.81GB. I've used Chrome to download it to apparent completion as no resume option is available.
I'll try the options from the link you've shared and see how i get on!

Been a member for over a decade I believe but only time I've had a problem and its all because of that pesky config file. I'm a premium member so downloaded the 13gb file earlier - no config file in it. And as I'm a Mac user, I haven't seen a compatible way to create the xml file. Am i missing something or can someone send me their config file for the standard most recent complete Mega Facepack. Thanks!

So the config file didn't work you sent, when trying it though i did realise that the images are all blurry in the pack - 'icon pack' don't know how to remedy this, like i say I've downloaded the full mega pack off here so don't know what i'm meant to have done differently. So thinking i'd start a fresh i deleted the 13gb .rar file and redownloaded - 38 mins d/l is fine but now none of my Archiving un-rar applications are doing just that. I've tried 3 different ones. Not a clue why - will do their intended jobs on smaller files but not this huge one. Any final suggestions before i throw in the towel. (Im happy with creating my own config file that's not the issue now i know i can do it on my mac.)

All of my .pngs are 1800 pixels on their long side (54 images) and the zip file is 168MB
Can anyone confirm the maximum file size for upload please?
Or is it possible for me to post a Mediafire link to allow zip to be downloaded?

If the file is too big to upload I’d suggest uploading a zip with maybe just one or two images in it, then upload a media fire link to the full teampack in a comment under the request

I think the limit is 99MB. I've twice tried to upload files that were slightly over 100MB in size and both failed. I ended up uploading each of them them in two separate files but HRiddick's suggestion is probably better.

Can I ask where did you get the new first team squad pics from? I couldn't find them anywhere. Also a few of the pics seem to have been increased in size a lot, any reason for that?

Regarding FM2019, do I need to download the "full pack" then each of the 14 update packs?
I wasn't sure if the latest update (11.14) included all the previous updates.

As a premium member, you should be able to download the full 11.14 megapack at 12.96GB, which'll mean you'll be up-to-date. You can then download and apply each subsequent update pack when they are released periodically over the coming months.
That said, I'd wait for 12.0 to be released, which should be really soon now
