Just let @PW90 post the best sources from now on, and if he doesn't, then the request isn't cut. Simple

I know what you mean, but if you don't give him an incentive to do things properly, it's clear he won't do so. I found that source too, but why should I post it for him? It's his request - if he wants it that badly, then he'll take the time to post the source. If he doesn't, why should we do his job for him? And if he doesn't, well it's a pity that the guy will remain without a cut, but it's not like the megapack is lacking in cuts or requests, is it?
At the end of the day, it's the requesters' job to make the best possible request. I would much rather that cutters spend their time cutting instead of looking for better sources...
