Come one @mattdonne, can you tell me how that one is an improvement? The current cut is far from suitable, but that source image is much, much too small. I'm sure a better image can be found of the guy and if not, you'll have to wait until one is avaiable.
Alright, it was a suggested source image. You can easily just reject and explain the image is too small without having to dig someone out over it no?

Bigger version of your source cut as 180x180 will work.
