It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Usually there's an update every 2–4 weeks, depending on the amount of cutouts that are uploaded

You can see the dates when previous update packs were released on this page, and you can then gauge the frequency. It's not a regular timeframe but depends on the output of cut-outs produced by the community. Can be anywhere between 10 days and 3 weeks, give and take.

I believe there's a post on the site's Facebook page when a new update pack is released. That, or you can check back on that page I linked you to every couple of weeks or so.

It may be due to an unstable internet connection. There's a post about a page or two back which explains it in better detail which I can't link to right now.
I suggest using Google Chrome to download it and use the resume download function if required.

I have the problem that when I want to download the full pack (15.6 gb) after like 7 gb the download stops and I get an error.
I thought there is maybe the possibility that someone already run into that issue.

If you're having persistent issues with internet connectivity, with regular disconnections, I suggest using Google Chrome to download it. With it, it should be possible to resume the download from the point where it was interrupted, rather than downloading it again from scratch.

Just so you know, since you're a premium member and you can download the full 12.11 pack, then you don't really need the update packs with them as they're included in the full pack already

I was using the panini style packs and was complementing that with the update packs sice the full one didnt work.

I've downloaded the 15GB file torrent and am currently extracting to the specified folder with WinRAR, but it's showing that the extraction process is going to take 236 hours... I'm 30 minutes in and it's still at 0% processed because it is so large. I do see the files extracting. Am I doing something wrong here?
Worth noting that I just got the game and briefly loaded it, but have not played it yet since I wanted everything to be in place from my very first save.
edit: I think I’ve sorted it now—increasing the priority and disabling background processes has me at about 4 hours now and that’s probably due to my CPU and HDD. Thanks.

As it's a large file, it will take a fair while to extract, but 236 hours sounds a tad excessive
Files only extract as fast as the system resources allow it. If you have a PC which doesn't have good specs or if you're running multiple applications concurrently, then it'll take a fair longer than it would otherwise.
I recommend having the real name fix file in place before starting a new game. As for graphics, you should be able to add anything even after a save game has been started
