Although the source is quite large, the amount of space that the face takes up isn't that big, and is in fact less than 250 pixels in height. As a result, using this source will mean it would need to be upscaled, thus leading to some blurriness and a reduction in quality, which in turn means it won't produce an improvement. Besides, the current cut-out is quite recent and of a good quality anyway so this isn't really needed.

Please remember that there are hundreds (if not thousands) of pending sources. With our number of cutters being relatively limited, we have to prioritise which images to cuts, so sources like these aren't deemed as being necessary...
