It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Can I get a screenshot of where you've extracted the files? As of FM20, the installation path for Macs has changed. You can find it in the opening post of this thread and in the Word document on installation instructions included in the download.

I have the most recent megapack downloaded and in use. Its a wonderful file and i very much appreciate the work that has gone into it. With this other thread called Facepacks release thread are those all add ons that i need to put into this megapack? or do they get included in later updates?

Each update pack contains all the cuts produced by the community, be it from individual requests or facepacks. If you are up-to-date, all you need to do is therefore to download the periodic update packs

Mansfield Town staff member Chris Barker (29223079) has had his cutout face over ride with Charlton Athletic U18s defender Charlie Barker. I think the two have had a crossover in ID between FM database updates and Charlie Barker's new ID is 29240147. Can the images be reverted for both individuals in the next megapack update please?

Have you modified your iconfaces config file accordingly? Actually, if you're adding new iconfaces, I strongly recommend having them in a separate sub-folder to be safe and avoid messing up the main iconfaces config file.

Another thing: does my faces have to be in docs>si>fm>graphics>faces or can I have it setup like this: docs>si>fm>graphics>faces>then here have the two folders (faces and iconfaces) so I don't have to move thousands of images back into the first faces folder or do I have to do that?
Also the thousands of faces I did download I seem to still be seeing mainly blanks on the game which makes me think the paragraph above is the problem. All help is greatly appreciated in advance!

Just because you have gaps in the sequence of numbers doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue because (a) not all UIDs are in use in the game and (b) we don't (yet!) have cuts for every single person in the game
In terms of folder structure, as long as it's within docs>si>fm>graphics, then the folder structure after that is entirely up to you. The setup you describe in the second sentence is perfectly fine, for example.
Thirdly, if you have a blank space in-game where a cut-out should be, that means that the config file (which assigns the image to the correct person) is searching for an image which isn’t in your folder. If player X’s UID is 12345, but the file titled 12345.png isn’t in your megapack folder, then you’ll see a blank space when you go on his profile in-game.

The only torrent available is for the 12.0 version. You would then have to download the 12.01-12.13 update packs separately.
I'm getting a stable and reasonably quick download speed, and my internet connection is usually quite slow. Do you have any other downloads and/or streaming services going on at the same time perhaps?
