It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.
Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

None. But do be sensible and make it attractive to prospective cutters. If you request a pack with 100 people, nobody'll be interested enough to take it on. 10-15 people is probably a more attractive amount. Please make sure the sources uploaded are of a sufficient quality to be cuttable, otherwise again it's unlikely anybody will be interested enough to take the request on.

First of all thanks for the excelent work. As you can see from my profile I am a premium subscriber since last year, so not trying to leech anything off.
But my computer is increasingly struggling with unziping the packages (it's hours...each) so I wonder if there is any chance to get a torrent of the FM20 facepack including the avaliable updates (which I believe to be version 12.14 from a couple days ago, or at least with a previous update) that I can download and not need to unpack?
At the moment I have all update packs downloaded, but not even using them...

First of all many thanks for your work.
I don't know why, but the Fati (ID: 67276122) & Camavinga (ID: 49056243) cut-outs faces don't show up in my game interface.
I checked and the two files are present in the folder (\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\graphics). I followed the installation instructions, it works for everyone except these two players.
I tried to download again the 11.14 patch (where the 2 players cut-outs are), tried to replace the Fati & Camavinga pictures with new ones in the folder, tried to rename the files but nothing happens...
Not a big deal, but a little help will be appreciate here

Do any of these tips on speeding up extraction of zip files help?
Do you get the black default face or is it a blank space in-game? Also, if you open the config file using Notepad, and use the search function to look for those UIDs, are they in there?

I opened the config file and it gets even stranger, Fati's line is OK, Camavinga's line doesn't exist.
I created (copy/paste an other and integrate the ID) Camavinga's line, but nothing happens.

How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder, out of curiosity?
Do you have any other facepacks in your graphics folder?

I've 266 677.png and the config file. And it's the only facepack in my folder.

You need to convert the cut-out to 18x18, then increase the canvas width to 25 pixels

Also, cutouts don't necessarily have to be 180*180px; the current megapack standard is 250*250px

I never have any issues downloading the facepacks and they show in the game but no matter which updated versions (original plus the updates) I download the images for Ansu Fati and Eduardo Camivinga do not show.
Am I doing something wrong?

Folders are set as per page one as are the Preferences.
I guess the next question is do those 2 images exist in the file?
EDIT - 67276122 (Fati) and 49056243 (Camivinga) don't have images having checked the image file - think I have answered my own question....
Added both manually
