It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

To check if a player is included in the megapack, you can search for him using the database search tool. You can then see that Jordan Shipley does have a cut-out included in the megapack, yes.
To check if you have the full megapack downloaded and installed correctly, your faces folder should have in excess of 270,000 images included in it

Download error near enough every 15 minutes (im using WINRAR) & the facepacks not reloading despite reloading skin and clearing cache.

These appear to be 2 separate issues. What is the download error? If the file isn't fully downloading, then you won't be extracting anywhere near the full pack. How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder?
Also, if your download is interrupted, you can resume it if you're using Google Chrome, rather than having to restart it.
Download the licensing fix, which solves this issue, among others.

I am using google chrome which will always have a network error and even if i try to continue it will never get past 1GB. I've tried the gunzo and the cut out packs and they never get any furthe than previously said.
I've only downloaded a individual premier league face pack edition.
It will most likely be the size is to large for my laptop in why its being so hard to download, this is usually why I have friends send over an copy of the extracted file over via email.

If you're having persistent issues with internet connectivity, with regular disconnections, I suggest using Google Chrome to download it. With it, it should be possible to resume the download from the point where it was interrupted, rather than downloading it again from scratch.

It's chrome that I use as a default browser. It previously downloaded no bother, but I had to delete to make space on my laptop. As for connectivity, other downloads haven't been an issue.

iconface folder contains 235,290 files
It was a fresh extract from Complete Pack - sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_12.00.rar torrent posted here I extracted it to place the readme states no extra update packs have been applied yet so I have the full size cutouts in faces folder and these are in iconfaces

I meant to say in-game where are the icons not displaying that you think they should? And do the preferences in-game look like that on the first page of this thread? Finally, do you have a config file in the iconfaces folder?

Prefs are the same as image on first page even tried changing them to see it it would make a difference it didn't which is why i thought it may be a skin issue which is why I tried different ones to rule that out.
The places i looked for the icons to appear was in all different menus I ended up going in random places to see if they would appear is their one area I should focus on?
The config file in iconfaces folder is the same one that came with the pack I included it for you to see.

so when I click on the players profile to players image wont appear?

do I just have to put all the pictures of the faces and icon folder of the latest changes folder into the old one (including the config file), or should I save them seperately? If so, how should I call them, that the game uses the newer pictures.

You should put the contents of the faces folder in the download into the faces folder of your megapack, overwriting when prompted. Same for the iconfaces. You should not save them separately.

The same issue as above poster, small icons are showing, however, when accessing the player page their image is not showing.
Have run through all troubleshooting methods for this and downloaded/reinstalled again but the issue still persists with this.
New update 17/08 hasn't fixed the issue either, any suggestions?
