When I try and activate the game through Steam using the code provided from the shop, order number 265390, I'm given the attached message. I don't have another Steam account and the email address I'm registered on this website with is the same as the one used for my Steam account.
Appreciate any help you can give me; I'm desperate to play!

However I am not sure how to proceed. I would like a refund for FM20 which appears to have been mistakenly ordered and I would like to re-order FM21.

Also this has been ~24h since I bought it and still not got anything. Got a payment confirmation from PayPal but nothing from sortitoutsi. Nothing in my shop page - looks as if it hasn’t registered the purchase. Any help v much appreciated

Somehow I've managed to purchase an order for FM 2020 instead of 2021 which i wanted, could i receive a refund for this please?

I did try registering fm20 before noticing the issue, but I obviously already had that game so didn't work.
I have sorted fm21 and all up and running now, just need to arrange refund for the fm20 purchase please.
