It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Ok, thanks for the help! I'm not sure if it's just an overload on the server right now but I can't seem to download 12.7 and 12.8. It gets part way through, slows and then says there's a network connection error.

As you can imagine, this time of year is quite busy so the servers are getting a bit of a battering right now. If you use Google Chrome, you should be able to resume a download if it's stopped.
P.S. As a premium member, it may be easier to download the full file rather than 12.7, 12.8 and all the update packs till 12.18 and also the 13.0 update pack too 😉

Bit hard to tell without knowing what you've got and where you're trying to extract it. Screenshots always help 😉
If you've got the whole 17GB+ file and you're extracting it with Winrar, you may be on the right track, however. It should take a while given the sheer massiveness of the file, but 300+ hours does sound a tad on the excessive side.
That said, speed of extraction is affected by what you're doing on your PC. If you've got FM running, a browser window or two open and some other apps in the background, then the speed of extraction will slow down correspondingly. Think of it as when you're at work - you may be able to do a job quickly but you won't do it as quickly if you've got 5 other things going on 😉
If need be, restart your PC/laptop before going to bed and extract it then - should be done by the time you get up 🙂

Typically you will see a really long amount of time when you first start the extraction/download. That's because the connection starts weak but builds strength as it goes. Give it a few minutes and you'll probably see that 300 hours go down to 30 minutes or so.

I downloaded the "Cut out Player Faces Megapack" followed the guidelines on how to upload and these settings to change on FM itself, referred back to my FM20,19 etc file structure to make sure it is correct, and the face pack still isn't appearing on FM21.
I'm not sure if this is because FM21 is in BETA or if the megapack isn't compatible with FM21? If anyone has managed to get it to work on FM21, please can you provide some help?

I downloaded the full face pack (about 17GB or so) and extracted via 7zip, so it’s now in my graphics > sort it out si folder.
Ever since then, FM21 gets stuck on the loading screen and won’t load up at all. I’ve read a fix would be to remove the pack and reinstall, although reluctant to do so as extraction took hours. Any help?

EDIT: I dragged the face pack out of the FM21 folder and the game loads up fine now. Is there a way I can add the pack without preventing the game loading up?

Can you post a screenshot of where you placed the file? I suspect it might not be the right place.

Can we see inside the faces folder? You should have over 279,000 images in there plus a file titled config.xml, and the total size of the file you should have download should be well over 17GB. If that is not the case, you will not have downloaded the full megapack, but most probably only an update pack.
Same as the above. Ideally you post screenshots of your faces folder, showing clearly the path it's installed in as well.

That's fine. Remove the sharing to OneDrive option for the graphics folder as that could cause a fair bit of slowdown on your PC in terms of ensuring the same files are present on both your system and OneDrive.

How long were you waiting for the game to load? It should take a little while the first time you install the files, but much less thereafter. We're talking 5-10 minutes, plus it also depends what applications you're running at the same time and the speed of your system.
Use Chrome to download it. It contains a resume download option which allows resumption from the spot it was interrupted. In some instances, you may need to resume one or more times. This should allow you to overcome this issue.

Clicking either one takes me back to https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/megapack/361 where there is no option to download the torrent.
A member on the Discord did share the torrent file with me, so I am currently in the process of downloading it.
