It's because @mons somehow approved a draft.
It was left as a draft by the uploader @Belajariman
When uploading a pack if it can't match all the filenames it will show messages like this:
All you have to do is search by the ID or the name to match an image to a player wherever it says "Invalid"
If this somehow happens again a moderator can also just edit the image
I noticed a few bugs related to all of the above which should now be fixed

Can be replicated in this manner, with this guy, uploading this source after saving it on one's desktop causes this issue.
Another issue is:
There's a bug when uploading a pack. t.marinov tried to upload a pack with 26 images and clicked on "Submit All" button and nothing has changed, but after a few tries it uploaded most of his images. However, some of them remained as "Draft". He tried to 'Submit' them one by one, but i get an Error in a pop-up saying "Failed!"

I tried to manually change the drafts to pending but got a 500 page error
Other bug is the number of drafts/pending images when you click on "View packs" button in Submissions. Now only 4 images are draft in the above pack, but it says that there are 10.

Okay fixed all this now. There were two bugs one calculating the counts for the pack and another submitting the individual pack images.
These weren't bugs that were in originally these are introduced by me making rushed to changes to other things and not even testing properly myself.
Hopefully we can settle down down and I won't make these mistakes again.
Also a heads up you shouldn't try to manually change a drafts status, i've changed it now so you shouldn't be able to anyway.

1) Thanks for adding the UIDs in the grid of Search cut-outs for a team. After this change, though, the faces are now displayed with a lower resolution and are smaller. Previously they were displayed in full resolution (250 x 250, or 180x180 if the cut has smaller dimensions). Could you please fix this? Thanks.
2) On a unrelated note: when I download certain source images I get strange names and sometimes files with no extension.
Example 1: when I try to download this image (using the Download button of course), here's the filename I get

And there other images that gave me similar issues. Before, we got automatically the UID of that person followed by the correct extension of the file.
3) When you edit your own message and click preview, the whole text you wrote until that moment doesn't appear in the comment box.

(2) That's caused by the upload from url button. It uses the filename provided by whatever website it's coming from which may of course be weird. I've just spent some time rewriting it to try and catch any errors. Let me know if you encounter any more issues.
(3) Comments are annoying we should have a totally new comment box not reliant on bbcode but i'm being swamped by too many things. I'll try and get the current one fixed up in the meantime

2) Unfortunately I had a similar issue with one source image uploaded after your fix: this one. Here's the default filename and extension I get when I try to download it.

@krissmed, I think that this happens when the uploaded file name isn't the UID, but the name of the player/staff.
You can see both images if you go to the submissions page (spotted by @mons).

This is a site created by a single individual in his free time so he has to prioritise which issues to fix. I'm sure it'll be done in due course, but what you think may be quite simple may not necessarily be the case, so please be patient.

As a related issue to this, when viewing a user's comments (including one's own), you cannot see more than one page's worth since there isn't a next page option.

I realise that most people are after faces, logos etc but not having a link for the other graphics (such as ad-board packs, alternate balls etc) could lead to new site users not realising they are available, there is an FM20 forum board for them...

these numerical values indicating the rating and the potential were very helpful and easier to understand than just the stars. It would be great if they came back.

Yeah, the stars are useless in my opinion. Every year I create my own database for personal use and I like to have the rating of every player (as it's shown in the scout, not the CA). Now, I can't do that. That's why I'd like to see the player rating and the potential again. It was numerical after the first update, but now it has only the stars and not the numbers, which is awful.
Anyway, I hope the admin can fix this issue as soon as possible.

option when creating a new thread to select The Data Update Discussion forum, has gone from the drop down menu, it should be under the General FM Discussion forum
also unable to move any threads to that forum too
NB in the screenshot the 3D forum is highlighted I am not talking about that to clarify its the Data Update Discussion forum its gone from that menu
