It depends on the website; different websites have different ways of storing images, and some clubs only upload small images (for example, lots of French and Italian clubs). The Fortuna Liga website seems to have good images for other Czech teams if that's what you're looking for; you just need to remove the red parts of this image URL to get the full size:
https://www.fortunaliga.cz/min.php?exact&topcut&w=200&h=260&file=/photo/player/player_89.jpg
so that it becomes
https://www.fortunaliga.cz/photo/player/player_89.jpg
