Should be interesting to see what happens here

This, unfortuantly.

Certainly it will allow rival bidders to reclaim money they spent on their bids and it will probably force Blatter to go.
Of course, a long term change in the culture of Fifa seems unlikey, but they won't be able to hush it up.
Flash.
Brilliant.

That is exactly why the governing body is "corrupt and inadequate". The majority of FIFA member nations, and thus the majority of FIFA officials, are from nations that would score poorly in both corruption and democracy indexes. They don't leave the cultural mindset they've been raised in at the door when they join FIFA.

Holding it in the winter could damage football for a good couple of years tbh.
It shouldn't be held in Qatar at all, but that won't change.
Flash.
You can't play football in 50C heat, that's insane. If you're saying you can't move the world cup then you're basically saying no Middle-East, North African etc country can hold it.
What would you rather watch a good world cup in Winter or a ridiculously slow paced World Cup in June?

Apart from the fact it completely fucks up 2 or 3 seasons of the world wide footballing schedule for the purpose of giving a tournament to a country with the population about the 10th of Wales, most likely because they bribed Fifa officials and in order to deny that population political freedoms?
There's massive problems with the World Cup in Qatar full stop.
Flash.
Most northern hemisphere countries have winter breaks anyway, England are one of the very few who don't.
There's no point complaining that the World Cup is in Qatar, that's already final. The question is whether it should be in winter and it makes sense for it to be.
K3V0
If they can't deliver on what they said they would then they shouldn't be allowed to host the World Cup, simple as that. Also this thing of saying a lot of European leagues have breaks already isn't really relevant. I'm pretty certain they don't have 8 weeks off at once and what do you do about television deals??
Ninja
You've completely made that up, lots of the biggest Leagues in the Southern Hemisphere player August-May -ish. Besides, a gigantic proportion of the players going play in European leagues. If you're going to tailor it to the players, you inevitably tailor it to those leagues.
No way you could fit a World Cup into a winter break, either. The actual tournament takes a month, and players would probably want a week either side of it and probably an extended summer break to make up for the extra football they played.
And seeing as, as Kevo said, they bid for a summer World Cup on the basis that they had ideas to alleviate the problems of the summer then there is a a good reason still to complain that its in Qatar.

This.
Qatar World Cup will be 'crucible of exploitation'
It can't be hosted in Qatar, it just can't.

Either way, Pandev isn't the first to mention stuff like this...

TBF you could easily mock that up with a scanner and MS Paint or something.
Done it many a time for customs documents in my old job.
Slashman X
Why would FIFA release a mocked up document? They're corrupt, not stupid
ianbaker
Not saying that they did, just that they could.

Edit: He's saying that isn't his signature on the ballot...
