A hint: If you're using remove.bg, don't use the full source image because the free version does not retain the original source's dimensions if they're bigger than 500x500 but downsizes them. For a source like this, that means that the area dedicated to the face in this downsized cut are not as good as they would be if using the original. In your cut, the face isn't as sharp as it is in the original source image because (I suspect) it was downsized when put through remove.bg then upsized to become 250x250.
