@Lub12 I don't think this source is good enough to be an improvement. The current cutout, which was added to the megapack last month, is high quality and fairly recent (the source image is from summer 2019, I think your requested source is from around the same time) and still representative of his current appearance. Your requested source is too small to improve upon that (the face needs to be large enough for a 250px cutout without losing image quality). Read this thread for help on finding larger, better quality sources.

- The bigger and clearer the image, the better.
- Ideally, the person is looking at the camera and has a clear background.
- Unless necessary, avoid action images.
- Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality.
- Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.

It's not sharp and a bit blurry, so it's neither better quality nor an improvement to the current cut, I feel. If you made it from the source posted, it's simply not large enough to provide a good-quality 250x cut, I'm afraid.
