Editing an extinct nation

Hi, guys. I was trying to recreate Yugoslavian League but i can't make Yugoslavia “active”. There's no “Extinct” option like before and option for continent is greyed out. Also, you can't create a new nation so… :/

You don't need to make the nation no longer extinct to make it active because to my knowledge it's not an option.

 

Just set the new details of the nation then it's usually required to set the continent of the nation which is greyed out by default and it requires some awkward alterations to a line of code in the program (x86) program files for football manager.
