@ssllmmccn, I understand that images on tff.org are sometimes stretched like this but that doesn't mean the eventual cut has to stay in this unrealistic manner.
In cases like this, go to image size and untick constrain proportions. You can then decrease the image width until it resembles a more realistic appearance.
