It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I don't suppose there are any known issues about the latest pack are there? Since I downloaded it my game has suddenly turned super slow, especially the loading screen

Once the pack is installed you can re-enable Use Caching - you only need it to be disabled when reloading the skin to show the new cutouts.

I think it is a different issue, the icons came up and worked fine but the game now is unplayably slow. I've done the things that usually would work - clear cache, delete preferences, update drivers etc. Even when I take the graphics folder out the game is still slow and I can't understand it.

Dfiles link for the latest update says ‘file does not exist’ when trying to download from there. I used the other link but it also stopped the download at 500mb with 20mb left…And now have to wait 180 for the next try.

For some reason my face pack doesn't work either anymore after I installed the latest update. It worked perfectly before but now every single face is missing. I believe I've installed everything correctly. the folders are in users/username/library/application support/SI/Fm21/graphics/faces as you can see on the bottom of the screenshots. There's also a config file in the faces folder.
Caching has been disabled and skin gets reloaded.

It may well be that you've installed the pack wrongly then. Do you have any sub-folders within the faces and/or iconfaces folder? How many images do you have in each folder?

No subfolders in either folder, there are 305.519 files in the faces folder and 309.510 in the iconfaces folder.

Hmm, the numbers don't seem to match for the faces folder. You didn't put the files from the faces folder in the update pack elsewhere did you? That would mean that the game reads only the images in the update pack and ignores the others, which I suspect is what happened.
Without knowing how you installed or seeing all your folders, I can't be sure but I suspect that's what's happened. If you search for config.xml files within the graphics folder, does anything seem amiss? Perhaps you can screenshot me the search and I could spot what's wrong; I'll need to see all the full paths in this screenie 🙂

Yup, you're a 100% right! When I first copied the update I accidentally dropped them into the logos folder instead of the faces folder. I thought I had deleted all those files but it seemed like there was still a duplicate config.xml in the logos folder. Deleted that and all the icons are back!

Should the extracting of files take a long time? Mines at 1% and has been for 20 minutes.

Sometimes with such a big file the computer gets the calculation of extraction time wrong and it speeds up after a while. Be prepared for it to take a fair while. It may take around an hour or slightly less with all conditions being ideal, so close any running programs and Chrome tabs for example.
If you can't find the time to leave your PC unused to extract the files, perhaps it might be worth letting it extract overnight, making sure there aren't any power settings which send the system to sleep if inactive after a period of time.

i have downloaded all 19 parts by Dfiles now and I cant extract them because I haven't enough disc space on my pc. I have deleted every game and single thing on my pc. Its only FM21 left and these. So now after seriously 30 hours downloading i still don't have the faces in my game…..
The turrent does that make a quick download? And how much does the file for the facepack use if I download through torrent? Because right now I really don't want to use more hours in this…

Like I told you beforehand, there is an easier method to get the files. If you didn't want to take it, that's your decision so you can't really complain it's taking you so long 😕
If you don't have enough space on your hard disk, again that's not something we have any control over really. How large is your hard disk? Have you emptied your Recycle Bin?
The torrent shouldn't take too long to download. I believe it's in the region of 15GB but I'm not 100% sure.

Try using another program to extract it, like 7zip. Maybe there's something wrong with your Winrar, because there definitely is no password for the megapack file…
