This is the best picture I can find of him.. I can make a cut out, but I don't manage to get it to be 250x250 while also cropped in the right way.. When I use images in my game of a different dimension it seems to work as well, it seems to automatically resize it, so it looks like it doesn't necessarily have to be 250x250.. Or could you tell me why this does have to be the case? Also, could you maybe still teach me how to resize images to 250x250? I've looked in the thread I was sent earlier, but I've still not managed..

Look from the 2.30 mark onwards of the below video. If you're not using the action file to which reference is made, you can manually resize it by going into the image menu and selecting the image size option while ticking the constrain proportions box (Google screenshot below for ease of reference)
