It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Hey there Mons! First of all, I'd like to thank all the contributors for their amazing work again! Soooo just to clarify this: This is the latest pack we have to download, right? >> sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2022.00.rar.torrent Isn't it a little bit small file for so many faces?

Can't we download 22.00 only as an upgrade pack? I've been downloading all updates when you upload it and I have all packs downloaded. Do I have to download 22.00 as a whole 15gb pack?

The filesize of the pack has been reduced. As a result, the file had to be recreated from scratch and the mirrors as well, which takes a wee while to do. Bear with us while they are generated. Read the second paragraph of this post and the second paragraph of this post for more info.
If you can't bear to wait until the mirrors are created, you can always download the torrent file and remove your existing files.

Then you just need the 2022.00 which is only 214mb. The 15gb pack is only for those that want to download the entire collection of faces if they've not been keeping up with the individual updates.

Remember that downloading directly from the site isn't possible for users who aren't premium members like you 😉
This means that they have to download files from mirror sites, which are currently unavailable due to the file being in the process of being generated on the mirror's servers.

If you have downloaded the torrent, then you have the full file. You can safely completely delete your existing faces and install only the contents of the torrent 😉

They display this when you right-click on a player. Without them, you'd get just the default black silhouette.

That's all they ever say to me is read above, the admins are not helpful at all, i have no idea what's happening i have tried to read above but absolutely did not help, i thought the admins would of been much more helpful than that.
