Afaik there's very few graphics for the female leagues right now, FMG are releasing 500+ female league logos soon and they have a few kit packs for them as well but apart from that it's slim pickings right now, hopefully it changes.

Nothing related to graphics needs a new game no, just extract the new pack into the same folder as the previous and replace everything when asked and you're good to go.
Definitely in there, load it up in 7zip or whatever and sort the column by size and you will see it as it's the biggest file there.
He already answered it, the pre-game editor has its own set of dbc, edt and lnc folders you need to copy the fix over to so it shows up in the editor as well.

You probably don't use 50% of the faces in the pack so why not go through and delete them as well? you act like there's going to be 50 thousand pictures of female players and it's going to add gigs onto the actual pack, now tell us what you're real issue...
You did nothing wrong, that pack includes 5 leagues and the Liga F isn't one of them so you will have to wait a bit longer for the rest of the leagues and it's the only face pack I've seen so far that includes women.
It's at the top right for me or click on the view data button on the front page and it should say; You have Classic FM the Enhanced Data Update including Dynamic Data. You will automatically be given this file when you click download.
Correct me if I'm wrong but inside the editor data is a non dynamic file, you have to delete that and use 1 of the 10 dynamic ones from the optional folder and load everything else as you normally would.

You either download those DDT files and install them where instructed to load the top Australian clubs or pick the A League when you make a new save, either way to load these wonderkids you NEED to create a new save so it's much better just loading the A...
Doesn't matter, it's the exact same process involved regardless of FM, remember this game barely changes for decades so a DDT file you create for 24 will work in 20 and even older versions, it's only loading specific players from clubs using the unique ID...

Did you load the A League? problem with this is most of these players are young so unless you have an lnc file or whatever it is to load them no matter what, you will have to load all the leagues they play in to see them.
Goes in editor data like everything else and yes you need to start a new save.
Then you just need the 2022.00 which is only 214mb. The 15gb pack is only for those that want to download the entire collection of faces if they've not been keeping up with the individual updates. AFAIK.
