It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I'm having a problem with the Megapack I didn't find in this thread:
Some faces show and work correctly, others appear faulty as seen in the screenshots below (faces & icons).
I'm using the Megapack 2022_00 with FM 2015 and followed every step in the readme file.

i've been experiencing an issue for the part 13 or sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2022.00.part13.rar of those pack.
Only for those part (#13), it told me like the file doesn't exist, but otherwise for the rest 18 parts of them were absolutely fine & successfully downloaded.
Will it be possible to be re-uploaded, because the alternative hosting on 'uploaded.net' were not helping at all.

Just realised I never got back to you on this.
Everything seems fine in the folder, so I don't think it's anything wrong in there.
It might be something with how FM displays player pictures, but I can't think what could cause that. If you manually save Zouma's 13.11 image into your faces folder, and change the preferences in-game, does it make any difference?

How many items do you have in your faces folder? Do you have a file titled config.xml in there? Do you have any sub-folders in there? If you go on Harry Kane's profile, does it display the black default face or is it a blank space?

Yes, which is why you are having issues with some cuts not displaying since only less than a third have been extracted.
Perhaps it's worth redownloading part 15 if the issue is located there. Frankly, you might as well download the torrent file and get everything in a single file without the issues you're encountering here…

I have downloaded part 15 several times the Unarchiver still pops out the incomplete sign. Maybe because part 15 is corrupted originally? Can you have a look?

Earlier you mentioned you made a cut for him in a separate folder, have you removed?
Also, what version of the game is this and on what platform?

Hi. I just wanted to ask if the Torrent version is up to date and if not whats missing from the download segment? The Torrent version has 14.09 GB while the 17 Download parts together have something over 15 GB.

They include always the torrent. You must download the torrent and the two changes files. If you do that, you have the 15GB.

Have you unticked use caching in the preferences and ticked reload skin when confirming changes?
Also, you should have one folder and one folder only with a config. Remove the smaller one to be safe.

Hi guys,
I just downloaded and installed the complete FM22 Cut-Out Faces Megapack and everything is fine. Now I would like to download and install the 2 Update packs. I've never done this before. Am I doing it right when I copy and overwrite the updated faces with the new config file in the faces folder and the updated iconfaces with the new config file in the iconfaces folder? And there is also a third untitled download file with 214.15 MB. Do I have to download this too? And what do I have to do with it?

The underlined bit is entirely correct and the steps are to be repeated for every update pack.
If the 214.15mb file is the 2022.00 update pack, then you don't need to use it at all.

I downloaded the complete pack for the faces a few weeks ago and would now like to download just the latest update pack. I have done this but I am now just stuck on what the next steps are and what I need to do with the folder for the latest changes?
