I do wish people would pay a bit more attention when making requests.
Typing “Harry Barclay Newcastle” into Google Images takes me to this page from where this source was extracted, which clearly says in the URL “Thomas Allan”…

Do you still have the original source for this?
From a technical standpoint, it's not a bad cut, but we prefer our cuts to be cropped closer to the face with no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and above the head. The dimensions are also to be either 180x180 or 250x250, and not anything in between.
With this in mind, it might be able to cut a slightly better image if the original source is provided 😉
