You need to copy and overwrite the faces and the new config file from the update pack into the faces folder.

It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Hello I seem to have an issue with hansi flick only his face dosent show up in game after installing the cut out megapack but everyone else has a face is there any solution for that?

Hello.
I just migrated from a PC win10 to a Laptop win11 and took the cut-out face pack with me, the config file was missing so I grabbed it from the PC and put it in the faces file, now all the faces are blank, even the ones that came default with the game. I have tried everything I can think of so if there is any advice it would be great to hear. Does the config file need a tweak for win11, seems unlikely to me. The game feels empty without this great body of work.

Where have you placed the config file? What is its date last modified and what is the version of the megapack that you're using? I'm not sure how you could have copied over the megapack folder during the migration of data, but not the config file.
My recommendation would be to either generate a config file yourself using fmXML, or to download the update pack for the version you're using and grab just the config file from there 👍

I put it in the same place as the one on my PC and I have no idea why it did not copy over. The pack is the very first one as I have not got around to updating but your idea is a pretty smart one so I will go down that route, cheers fella…

While you're downloading stuff, you might as well download the update packs released since then tbh, to fill in some of the blanks and improve some of the existing images 😉

Yeah, I am gonna start doing that tomorrow I think. The Mega packs are so good and this edition of FM is brilliant so I will get as much out of it as possible it.
Got the logos already and a new skin, all is good.

Many faces are missing in game for example the player faces of the french national team and the face of their head coach. I'll show you a screenshot of this view and of the folder structure. Maybe I've done something wrong with the structure of my graphics folder? The faces folder has 22,7 GB. And the icon faces folder has 1,3 Gb. The faces are not shown into the national teams, but if they are shown by picking up their club, then the faces ar shown correctly.

If it's installed but Mbappe's face still isn't showing when viewed through the French national team, then you either haven't installed the fix properly, or you need to redownload it and reinstall it. Compare your folders to the ones in the other thread to make sure they're identical, and that the game hasn't recreated when an official update was installed.

Hello there, do the megapacks need to installed in order to work? As in the order they were released?
I have not installed any of the FM21 updates (13.0 onwards) but have installed all the 2022.00 onwards.
Just wondering if the older updates overwrite the newer ones once applied?

Hi everyone! I have a problem with cut out faces megapack 2022 part 16. I have downloaded every other part (16 .rar files on 17) but for some reason I cannot download the part16 that is the only one I miss at the moment.
The download just does not start, tried multiple times, can anyone fix it please?
Does anyone know if the megapack works without part16? Can I use the megapack without downloding that part?

That's not the iconface, that's the face 😶
Within the graphics folder, make a search for the person's UID and post the results, showing clearly the location these files are in.
You seem to have the full megapack, but you must either have another facepack installed elsewhere, or an update pack placed elsewhere.
P.S. when uploading a screenshot, providing an image with half the canvas in white dilutes the quality of the image 😉

Thank you for you help. After searching for the ID it can be seen that the image exists in the correct folder wirh the same ID but still isn't shown in game.

I do wish you'd pay attention to what I ask. The search should be done in graphics not faces, and change the view so that the path of the results is visible.
