Netherlands Youth League Overhaul

Hi all!

The way SI set up the youth system in the Dutch leagues was really bothering me so I decided to remake it to my own taste.
The 2nd division (Jack's League) was added to the playable senior leagues.
Furthermore, I have created a U23 and U18 division for all teams except U23s Ajax, AZ, PSV, and Utrecht as they are in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie.
Substitutions are set at 5 out of 12 (max 3 stoppages) or + 1 sub in extra time for playoffs and cup games.

V2.0:
Added the 3rd division as playable as well as adding “Jong” teams to the 2nd and 3rd divisions (now 20 teams each).
U18 and U23s 3rd division added as regional divisions (north & south).

V2.1:
Set game dates to “correct” day.

For Windows users: To install, place the file in the “editor data” folder which you should find in “\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\”
For Mac users: 

/Users/<yourname>/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2022/editor data

You may find it difficult to find this exact location, to make it easier, use the following instructions:

a) Open Finder

b) Click “Go” from the menubar and select “Go to Folder” (alternatively press Shift+CMD+G)

c) Copy in the following: ~/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive/

d) Open the “Football Manager 2022” folder

e) go to the “editor data” folder and paste the file here (create the folder if it doesn't exist).

I'm already working on a new version that has the Dutch 3rd division added as well as their respective U23 and U18 leagues.
Furthermore, I hope to make managing the “Jong” teams available too.
