It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Are you sure you're downloading the full megapack, and not one of the smaller update packs? How large is the file you're downloading, and how many images are in the folder once the download is extracting?

It probably says on the OP thread but if I download the complete pack with 369,494 images will I still need to download the current update packs ( the ones prior to any that will be added after the 26/06 )
First time using this pack and just want to have a complete image pack since DF11 has some missing people that this one might have

But as he doesn't have premium he can't download the complete pack right?
@Jamie Aubrey If you download the 2022.00 torrent, you would still need to download the following 11 update packs (in chronological order) in order to get the most up to date megapack 👍

I`m trying to download the complete pack (17.08GB) and the download keeps stopping at around the 150mb mark…..
Any ideas why this is happening?
*Edit just realised it is only downloading the .11 changes but I am clicking on the download complete pack link? and chrome shows a download file size of 17.08GB as well?

That`s odd. I have tried deleting browsing history and using chrome in Incognito like you said and it is still not working.
Currently have nothing else downloading or streaming, I have Virgin 200mb and usually downloads from your website take a few minutes (obviously smaller in size)
Maybe I will just have to try the torrent and then the subsequent packs, was just hoping to save some time.

So I was following a tutorial on how to download the DF11 cut out faces facepack. I had gotten the file, torrented it, and was extracting it with 7zip, when problems began. 7zip was saying it was going to take 70 hours to extract everything. The tutorial recommended I use Winrar. So I downloaded WinRar, and began unzipping it, and it said 40 hours. Is it really going to take this long? And is there anything I can do to speed this up? Thanks!

It's either the DF11 megapack or the cut-out faces megapack. It can't be both, they're completely different files, though serving the same function.
This forum is for the cut-out faces megapack, hence the name. One of the items on the FAQ addresses this issue 👍

Hi, I have a problem with some of the faces in the game. they appear to be blurry and i dont know if the problem is the pack or a bug in the game. thanx

After applying an update pack, some of the cut-outs on a player’s profile are blurred and of a very low quality – what happened?
This download has two folders: one is the faces folder which contains the cut-outs which should be displayed on this screen. There is also a file titled config.xml which tells the game which images to assign to which person. The other folder is the iconfaces folder which contains the smaller images displayed near a person's name on the menu which comes up when you right-click on them, and also includes a different config file for this folder.
The likelihood is that you've put the iconfaces in the faces folder, or used the wrong config file for each folder. As a result, the smaller images (in 25x18) are being upscaled to be displayed in the person's profile, hence the blurring. Re-install the update pack again, making sure you put the contents of each folder in the right place.

Hi guys. I have a problem.
I've downloaded all cut-out 2022 packs, extracted sortitoutsi file and paste it into the graphic folder and I've reloaded the skin just before start to game correctly that as you mantioned. I don't know why but some faces appear, some of them didn't.

How do I replace photos that are already in the megapack I tried downloading and replacing in the MP but it still shows the old photo in game and in the folder it shows the new one I tried reloading skin but nothing works

@m1 a1, you don't seem to have downloaded the full megapack, which has just under 370,000 faces and the same amount of iconfaces.
I would suggest that you download the torrent file, then top it up with the images contained in the update packs included in screenshot #1.

As you said I've only downloaded change files not main parts. Also I have FM21 full megapack. I forgot them 😀 I delete FM22 graphics/faces folder and load parts with correct order. Now everything is okay. Problem solved. Thanks your help man.
