It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too π

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I replaced it with a previous one because the latest one is not so good but after I replaced it and I reloaded the skin it still shows the latest one

Within the graphics folder, can you do a search of 2000010819 and post the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacksβ¦

I'm having an issue where the download begins and will download about 300MB of the 17GB complete file and then stop.
When I try to extract it it says unexpected end of data and I'm definitely missing about 70% of the faces in game.
I am a premium member and Have tried it on multiple browsers.

If I DL the Complete Package of the Cut Out face Mega Pack (17G) does that include all the updates or do I still need to add them after I after I install the complete pack?

The complete package is the full, most up-to-date megapack, and you don't need to download anything else. When update packs are released periodically, you just need to download them to be fully up-to-date with the latest new and improved images π

Hi all sorry for this post but I'm struggling with installing my face packs everything else has worked but iv tried everything but it will not work, but I noticed I don't have con.fig file in it β¦what do I do?

If you don't have a config file, then you've either not downloaded the full file, or not extracted it properly.
How large was the file you downloaded, and how many images do you have in the extracted faces folder?

cheers for getting back to me, I downloaded the main cut-out faces pack here and put it where it needs to go.. never had an issue before iv had this game since it come out, and never had a problem with kits' logs backgrounds are working fine just the face pack.

df11 players faces 15GB 165000 or so and I have deleted all my face packs now to try again

This is the cut-out faces megapack section. You're speaking about a completely different pack π
I would suggest you try downloading it again from scratch, making sure to follow the installation instructions carefully. Have a look at the installation instructions for the cut-out pack, as listed in the FAQs to this thread, which should be broadly similar.
If that doesn't work, ask the author of the file you've downloaded for help π

sorry, I have the cut-out faces megapack as well. I was trying the df11 just to see if it worked but it didn't,, I'm trying the cut-out face pack again now just downloading

That is not the full megapack, which contains 372,000 + faces. Seems like you've either not downloaded the full file, or not extracted it properly.
I'd still like a screenshot of the properties of the folder titled faces contained within the folder in your screenshot, and there's a reason why I ask it. Can you please respond to my questions in the way that I ask them and save the both of us this toing and froing? Thanks π

Editor data files and graphic files work in a different process, so adding one should not affect the other.
Can we have screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path itβs located in as well as how many images are in that folder? Also, can we have screenshots of the place you installed the editor data file you refer to?

recently updated the cut out faces (2022.08, .09, .10, .11, .12, .13) then load them chronogically. i jumped into the game and reload the things and all faces are gone. tried 2 or 3 times. after this I closed the game and tried to open but its gave me an error. now i cant play the game anymore. i think there is something wrong with the config files. any suggestions pls?
