It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Can you please outline exactly what the issue is, though? I still haven't been able to tell. The quicker and more detailed you provide this information, the quicker and more detailed any answer would be. At the very least, we save some time.

hi downloading cut-out faces megapack . once downloaded and in my download folder, it doesn't download as a compressed folder, so no option to extract. try to open folder and isn't recognised. any help would be great

sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2023.00.rar PART 10 will crash/freeze at 93% extraction regardless of what i do, number of times i have had to end task for it and reboot my pc to keep trying it. I think the file is corrupted or something is wrong. (See attached screenshot)

I'm not a premium member unfortunately. I've scrolled through the comments to see if anyone's had any similar issue but havent seen anything.
I am trying to download the ‘Cut out Player Mega Facepack’, as a non-premium member I'm clicking “download” button in the green banner where Messi's face is. However instead of refreshing the screen to show me a list of my downloads below, it simply stays the same. I've checked ‘My Downloads’ and there's nothing in there either. I know it's a very large file and could take a while, but there's no indication that the download has started.
I have created an account and confirmed the activation via the email link as well.

What is the URL you're given, and can you give me a screenshot of what it looks like?
As a non-premium member, you are not able to download directly from the site's servers, but will need to download multiple files containing the whole download.
Alternatively, and this is frankly what I would recommend, you can download the torrent file from the site to get the base megapack much more quickly. You would then download the update packs individually, to be fully up-to-date.

Recenlty im having a problem with the cut-out facepack! Im have some players around the world that was not showing their faces, only the default fm one, the black one! I installed the latest update of the facepack, and now it doesn't even appear that default one, it looks like the picture im going to add no the post!
Does anyone had this problem? And knows how to solve it?!

Hi all,
I have a problem with this face pack. I'll try to explain it: I was looking at a streamer that I follow and I've noticed that he has more faces than me. First of all I thought I just need to update my facepack but no updates were found here so I think I have the most recent version.
So I've decided to re-download the whole pack, after that I deleted all files I already had and copy and paste new ones.
The situation is that now I even have less faces than before, also famous players such as Pedri, Gavi, Endrick and so on are missing faces.
I've also tried to put the face of Endrick by my own, I've found his ID, than downloaded the face, copy it inside “faces” folder, rename the picture with Endrick's FM 23 ID and modify the config file as needed (one new row at the end such the previous one with the correct id). The result is that no more “black standard picture” is shown for Endrick but a blank space instead of his face. It's not a matter of skin because I have the same problem with all custom skins I've tried.
Could you please help me?

Can you please try again, making the search in the graphics folder, and upload it precisely in the manner described in the above link? For there to be an empty space in your game, it has to be located in there, either as an image or within the config file.
Can you please provide screenshots of your faces folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder?
Frankly, I'd suggest deleting everything and starting from scratch. I have no idea what you've done, and the surefire way to get it all to work is to restart from scratch..
