Can't download anything

You have uploaded this as a download, which it clearly isn't. I've therefore removed the file as it's not a file to be downloaded @Felipe Muñoz 

In the screenshot you've uploaded (attached for everyone's ease of reference), there is a button explicitly asking you to click it if the download doesn't start. Have you tried clicking it? What happens when you do?

Given the sheer size of both files you mention, have you considered the file might still be getting downloaded in the background? They won't download in a minute or 2…

I took a look at the download page and, unlike at least another download, it doesn't have an auto-refresh feature to auto download the file. The reason is probably because the download is from another site, which the “Please click here if your download does not start automatically” link takes you to. When you go there, you'll have to make an account to access the download but it's one step and you don't even have to verify your email address. I can share the direct link if you still can't get to it but I'd like to respect the process in place from the owners or maintainers of the pack.

Yes. 100%. The download link on SioSI takes you to the hosting site, that you need to register for. So yeah. its the case.

That is the case, it takes you to Football Manager Graphics, where you need to register for their site before you can download the file.
