It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

You have probably not installed the update pack correctly, which is why you're getting a blank space rather than the default image.
Can I see screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in as well as how many images are in that folder?

Hello just bought the Premium Membership for downloading the Facepack fast, but the Download speed with Sortitoutsi is nearly 0KB, mostly between 10 - 20KB. Estimated Downloadtime 7 Days.
Tried it with Safari and Chrome, same behavior.
Please fix this asap!

The question itself is rude too. Why should we be expected to answer about what other people are doing? Even more so when they're probably just piggybacking off our hard work.
You only have around 403k images whereas the full megapack is just under 450k images. Going by your download history, you don't seem to have downloaded the update packs released between 2023.04 and 2023.15, which might explain the gap. In fact, the guy you included in your screenshot was added to the megapack in 2023.06.
My suggestion to be fully up-to-date would be to download the 2024.00 torrent, and the subsequent update packs 👍
I'm afraid the issue is at your end. I generally have a shitty connection but I have a decent speed, as per the below. Do you have anything else throttling the bandwidth in the background perhaps?

The file has added some faces to my game, but some faces that were previously visible are now blank( not a silhouette , completely blank) does anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

A blank space means there is a config file pointing to an image which isn't that folder. This usually happens when someone installs an update pack in a separate folder to the megapack base folder.

I have a couple of questions.
I am wondering if it is actually new faces or just updates for more than 6 thousand faces of players/staff.
Basically How can I find players/staff with their ID number on the game? Basically I have DT faces on graphic folder but no names, Just ID no.

What message?
As with every single update pack since I started taking care of it in October 2009, there will be several thousand new images and several thousand replacements. Some packs it's 50-50, and in others it swings slightly either way. It depends on the cutters' outputs since the previous update pack.
If you want to see a person's UID in-game, there is an option in the skin section of the preferences to show screen IDs in the titlebar to assist skinning.
You can also use this site's search function (using the magnifying glass in the topmost menu).
