You seek out the creator of the file first and ask if you can use his work/and if you can post it with any edits, but crediting him first, there are no excuses for this

TMC has put a lot of time and effort into creating this file/and many others, and you slyly pass it on as your work,

its due to behavior like this that many people who provide content freely for the FM community stop sharing their work
