You can do so via paypal just find the subscription in your recent paypal activity, click details and there should be a cancel option

Have you tried doing it through My Account > Premium Membership on the left?

Also why can't you do it via paypal? Is there a problem with the subscription?

Is there a reason why you downloaded several files in the few hours your premium registration was active before wanting a refund?

I went to download the files and found they did not work.
